I SAW A RAT IN GEKPOH'S PRIME MART!!oh god. the thought of it now still sends a chil down my spin.

crazy teenager who shouted just because she saw a rat- as quoted from my bruddar. But well, I seriously think its
NOT okay to see a rat running around in supermarkets; no matter how
rundown they are! Where is their responsibility on HYGIENE?! *disgusted*
Anyway, last week. I took bus
99 home from school. I was
TOTALLY PISSED OFF by that f**king driver which I shall not talk about it anymore. So being super irritated, I wrote a complain letter to SBS last Sunday. And this is what they replied to me:

GREAT.What a reply can! It's like, so typical and obviously showing
NO empathy this is very irritated passenger (me!)here. So I must say, SBS does not have good customer service in this sector. =/
